2. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with return instructions
3. Ship the product to the address provided to you
4. Once the product is received and verified, we will issue the refund within 5-7 business days
REFUND CONDITIONS
The product must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging and complete with all included accessories (dust bag, shoulder strap).
Products showing damage caused by misuse, scratches, stains, or obvious alterations are not eligible for a refund.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is defective or different from what was ordered.
REFUND TIMELINE
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you have received a defective product or a product different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@frizzlyshop.com with photos of the issue. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
