Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an explicit statement via email to:

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery type offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product.

You must send back the product without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the product before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the product.

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with its original packaging intact.
